Privacy Notice
This privacy notice (aydınlatma metni) is provided under Article 10 of Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains how we process your personal data when you visit our website, use our contact form or contact us directly.
Data controller
Our company is the data controller (veri sorumlusu) for this processing. Our trade name and registered head-office address are at the end of this notice. For questions or requests about your personal data, email info@investavrasya.com.
What data we collect and how
When you visit the website. We use Cloudflare infrastructure to host and secure the website, to run the security check on the contact form (Cloudflare Turnstile) and to collect visit statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Through these services, your IP address, browser and device information and the pages you visit are processed automatically. The website itself keeps no personal data in a database and sets no cookies; see our Cookie Policy.
When you use the contact form. Your name, email address, phone number (optional), the subject you choose, your message and the language version of the site you used. The form is delivered by email, through Cloudflare, to the Microsoft Outlook.com mailbox our company uses. The server software that handles the form keeps only technical logs, such as the processing step, the result status and an error code. It never logs what you wrote in the form.
When you contact us directly. Emails you send to info@investavrasya.com (Cloudflare also forwards these to our Outlook.com mailbox), and any information you share if you reach us by WhatsApp or phone.
Sensitive data. Please do not share special categories of personal data (özel nitelikli kişisel veri), such as health or criminal-record information, or your passport details through the contact form. The form shows this warning right below the message field.

Who receives your data
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting, delivery of the contact form, the security check (Turnstile), visit statistics (Web Analytics) and email forwarding.
- Microsoft Corporation: the mailbox our company uses (Outlook.com), where form messages and emails sent to info@investavrasya.com are kept.
- WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): our conversations if you contact us on WhatsApp.
Transfers outside Türkiye
Cloudflare, Microsoft and WhatsApp (Meta) provide their services through servers outside Türkiye. The technical data processed when you visit the website (IP address, browser and device information, pages visited) and the information you send through the contact form, by email or on WhatsApp are therefore transferred abroad for the purposes above. These are transfers abroad within the meaning of KVKK art. 9.
How long we keep your data
The information you send through the web form, by email or on WhatsApp is kept so that we can assess your enquiry. If no consultancy relationship follows, it is deleted within 1 year at the latest. If a consultancy relationship is established, the retention periods set by the applicable legislation apply.
Your rights (KVKK art. 11)
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- find out whether your personal data is processed;
- request information about it if it has been processed;
- find out why it is processed and whether it is used for that purpose;
- know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred;
- ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected;
- ask for your data to be erased or destroyed under the conditions in KVKK art. 7;
- ask for the third parties who received your data to be told about a correction, erasure or destruction;
- object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis of your data;
- claim compensation if you suffer damage because your data was processed unlawfully.
How to apply
Under KVKK art. 13, you can send your request in writing or by another method set by the Personal Data Protection Board (Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu). To apply by email, write to info@investavrasya.com. So that we can confirm your identity, please send it from the email address you used in the form or in earlier correspondence with us where possible. State your full name, your contact details and your request clearly. For a written application by post, our registered address is at the end of this notice.
We conclude applications free of charge, as quickly as the nature of the request allows and within the period set in KVKK art. 13. If the request involves an additional cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged.
