Residence permit card fee and fee tariff updated for 2026
From 1 January 2026, the residence permit card fee was reset by a communiqué of the General Directorate of Public Accounts, and the lira fee tariff by the Fees Law communiqué.
Since 1 January 2026 the residence permit card fee (kart bedeli) has been TRY 964.00 (General Communiqué No. 97). No nationality is exempt from the card fee.
The lira tariff for residence permit fees (ikamet izni harcı) was updated on the same date (Fees Law General Communiqué No. 98). Because the fee depends on your nationality and on the length of the permit, e-İkamet calculates the exact amount. On 30 April 2026 the Presidency of Migration Management announced that residence permit fees had not changed (announcement).
