Cookie Policy
This page explains how our website uses cookies and similar technologies in your browser. For how we process personal data in general, see our Privacy Notice.
We set no cookies of our own
Our website does not place any cookies of its own in your browser. We do not use cookies or similar tools for advertising, retargeting or tracking visitors across websites. That is why there is no cookie consent banner on our website.
Visit statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see, in aggregate, how the website is used. It works without cookies and gives us aggregate statistics such as page views.
Theme choice: your browser's local storage
When you switch between the light and dark theme with the theme button, your choice is stored only in your browser's local storage (localStorage) under the key theme. The stored value can only be light or dark. It is never sent to our server; it is only used to show the site in the same theme on your next visit. If you never use the button, nothing is stored and the site follows your device's theme setting. You can delete the entry by clearing this website's data in your browser settings.
Security check: Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect the contact form against automated submissions. Turnstile is a security check that evaluates browser and device signals to tell whether the form is being filled in by a person or by automated software (a bot).
- Turnstile loads only when you start using the form, that is, when you first click into or tab to one of its fields. It does not run for visitors who do not use the form.
- According to Cloudflare's documentation, Turnstile does not access, store or transmit what you type into the form fields (Cloudflare Turnstile documentation).
- For details of how Turnstile handles data, see Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
