We do not provide the services of a lawyer

We are a consultancy, not a law firm. Under Turkish law, giving opinions on legal matters, and filing lawsuits and conducting court cases on someone else's behalf, are reserved for lawyers registered with a bar association (Attorneyship Law No. 1136, art. 35). If you are considering going to court against a refusal, cancellation or deportation decision, consult a lawyer.

Our relationship with the authorities

We do not use the logos of public bodies or imitate official documents, and we do not promise to get or speed up appointments or decisions.

Fees

The e-İkamet application and the appointment are free of charge; the residence permit fee (unless you are exempt) and the card fee are paid separately before the appointment. Current official fees are listed on our Official Government Fees page; our consultancy fees are not included in those amounts.

Who decides

Only the competent authority decides on an application: the provincial migration directorate for residence permits, the Ministry of Labour and Social Security for work permits, and, depending on the route, the Ministry of Interior or the President for citizenship. Meeting the requirements does not guarantee a citizenship decision. We do not promise the outcome of any application.
