About Us
We are a consultancy that helps foreigners, and the companies that employ them, with residence permits, work permits and Turkish citizenship.
What we do
- A pre-assessment to find the permit or application route that fits your situation
- A document checklist for your purpose, and preparation of your file
- Application support while you fill in the e-İkamet and e-İzin forms
- Planning the appointment, fee and document steps with you, and following up after you apply
What we don't do
- We do not provide the services of a lawyer. We are a consultancy, not a law firm. Under Turkish law, going to court on someone else's behalf against a refusal, cancellation or deportation decision, and conducting that case, is reserved for lawyers registered with a bar association (Attorneyship Law No. 1136, art. 35).
- We do not file your application. Residence and citizenship applications are made by you, your statutory representative (e.g. a parent or guardian) or a lawyer holding your power of attorney; for an employer-based work permit, your employer applies.
- We make no promises about appointments or outcomes. We do not promise to get, speed up or prioritise appointments or decisions. Only the competent authority decides on an application.
How we prepare our information
Our information is based on the current laws and regulations published on mevzuat.gov.tr, on the Official Gazette (Resmî Gazete) and on the official pages of the Presidency of Migration Management, the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security. We do not publish anything we cannot verify in an official source. Where a law and its regulation say different things, we say so openly.
We update amounts every January and whenever the rules change, and we announce changes on our Legal Updates page.
General information only; this is not legal advice. Decisions on your application rest solely with the competent authority; confirm current requirements with the relevant authority before applying.
We have no official affiliation with the Presidency of Migration Management, the General Directorate of Population and Citizenship Affairs (NVİ) or the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (ÇSGB).
